Pink Anemone

When we started to work on this design, none of us knew what an Anemone was —we like flowers, but we are not botanists after all. To tell the truth, now we can't live without it. This is one of our most poppy designs, and believe it or not, it's based on a late 1700s black and white engraving. Now it's ready to impress the 21st century, too.
This Temporary Tattoo was inspired by the artwork "Bouquet of anemone and bindweed", by Jean Jacques Avril (1754 - 1794). The original artwork, created by the tenchique of Engraving, is part of Amsterdam's Rijksmuseum's private collection since 1904.
