Shipping Policy
At Tempo Tattoo we send you our artworks wherever you are —in other words, we ship worldwide!—, and we do that within 24 business hours after the order has been placed.
We offer different shipment methods. Prices and delivery times vary according to your location and the type of postal service selected. You will be able to calculate your shipping costs before the checkout but, in short, we offer the following shipping methods at these approximate costs and delivery times.
- Standard shipping (without a tracking number, subject to the efficiency of the postal service):
- Spain: 2€ → 2 to 10 working days.
- Europe: 3€ → 4 to 14 working days
- Rest of the world: 3.5€ → 4 to 21 working days.
- Certified Shipping (with tracking number, subject to the efficiency of the postal service):
- Spain: not available
- Europe: 6.5€ → 4 to 14 working days
- Rest of the world: 7.5€ → 4 to 21 working days
- Express Delivery / Courier (with tracking number)
- Spain: 4 € → 24/48h
- Europe: from 6€ → 1 to 4 working days
- Rest of the world: from 10€ → 3-7 working days
Cancellation Policy
At Tempo Tattoo we will never have any inconvenience to cancel your order if this is what you want —we hope not, though—, as long as it has not yet been prepared for shipment, or sent for production —in case of customized orders!—.
For your reference, orders are normally prepared at the end of the same business day (CET Time). To cancel an order please write us as soon as possible though our contact page.
Refund Policy
At Tempo Tattoo we want you happy. For this reason, if you are not satistifed with our products feel free to e-mail us and we will work to solve it. No matter what, if for any reason our Tampo Tattoos don't fulfill your expectations, we will refund your total purchase price, excluding the shipping expenses.
The deadline for any refund is 30 days from the shipping confirmation email. To be entitled to a refund, products must be sent back to our headquarters in Spain (address to be provided by email) by certified mail or any courier that provides a tracking number. These shipping costs are to be fullfilled by the customer, unless this dissatisfaction was caused by our mistake —i.e. we shipped the wrong products!—.
Returned products will be your responsibility until they reach our headquarters address. We will refund you the money value of the products you've returned, at the price you bought them. This includes discounted items, or products on sale. Once we receive the item we will refund the money by the same payment method that you made the order.
In all cases, items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, including labels and packaging.
Please note this policy does not apply to customized products, which cannot be returned.
